4.13/2/26 Online filling and submission of nomination forms
5.19/2/26Deadline for submission of printed copies of nomination forms to Hall Master/Hall Mistress
6.20/2/26Submission of printed copies of the nomination forms by the Hall Master/Hall Mistress to Dean of Student Affairs Division. Screening and vetting of nomination forms by Dean, Student Affairs
7.23/2/26Release of names of contestants on the University website and Student Affairs Notice Board
8.25/2/26Presentation of manifestoes in the contestant’s Hall (to end by 6.00pm)
9.26/2/26Elections in all the Hall of resident (9.00am – 2.00pm) and subsequent release of result
10.26/2/26 – 27/2/26All complaints regarding the election should be lodged to the election tribunal
11.Inauguration/Swearing-in Ceremony for Elected Executive members of Hall of resident

GUIDELINES FOR ELECTION

The following guidelines are hereby issued for the conduct of elections into various executive positions in the Halls of Resident for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
