| 6. | 20/2/26 | Submission of printed copies of the nomination forms by the Hall Master/Hall Mistress to Dean of Student Affairs Division. Screening and vetting of nomination forms by Dean, Student Affairs |
| 7. | 23/2/26 | Release of names of contestants on the University website and Student Affairs Notice Board |
| 8. | 25/2/26 | Presentation of manifestoes in the contestant’s Hall (to end by 6.00pm) |
| 9. | 26/2/26 | Elections in all the Hall of resident (9.00am – 2.00pm) and subsequent release of result |
| 10. | 26/2/26 – 27/2/26 | All complaints regarding the election should be lodged to the election tribunal |
| 11. | Inauguration/Swearing-in Ceremony for Elected Executive members of Hall of resident |
GUIDELINES FOR ELECTION
The following guidelines are hereby issued for the conduct of elections into various executive positions in the Halls of Resident for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
